Meet Our Team

Jennie is our Financial and Patient Care Coordinator and is also one of our Registered Dental Hygienists. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and her Bachelor’s of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Jennie also received her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Jennie is certified in CPR and holds a current Louisiana Local Anesthesia license. She feels MFCD has a very positive environment where everyone works together to make their patients feel welcome and at home. Jennie enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and four children.

Katina joined the team at MFCD in 2010. She enjoys building trusting relationships with patients, so they feel comfortable discussing their dental care needs. After completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, she attended LSU School of Dentistry and received a Bachelor’s of Science in Dental Hygiene. Katina is certified in CPR and holds a current Louisiana Local Anesthesia license. She is a proud member of Louisiana Dental Hygienists’ Association, American Dental Hygienists’ Association, and Acadiana District Dental Hygienists’ Association. Katina and her husband have twin daughters and one dog. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities like running, working out, landscaping, and interior design, cooking with friends and family, and watching the New Orleans Saints.

Leah is our Expanded Duty Dental Assistant and has been working at MFCD since 2015. She began working in the dental field in 2011. Leah received her training and Expanded Duty Dental Assistant license from the Academy of Acadiana in New Iberia. She is also CPR certified. Leah looks forward to serving her patients by providing them with excellent dental care. She values the relationships she has with her patients and enjoys sharing her passion for creating healthy smiles with others. Leah is married with two children. She enjoys shopping, photography, and activities with her family.
